The P2M application can be custom configured to meet client requirements. All the features of the P2M application can be made available on an a-la-carte basis for clients who plan to go through a staged implementation plan for the feature roll out.

As an example, the ‘Find a Doctor’ feature can be implemented as a stand-alone module. This application allows Health Plan Members to search for physicians, facilities and supplies on their mobile phone. Using GPS services, the application identifies nearest location for finding ‘in network’ healthcare based on the member’s current geographic location and specific search criteria.

iSpace Mobile allows you to choose any of the below modules in customizing the P2M experience :

• My Benefits – Information about Member benefit plans
• Find a Doctor - Ability to search for providers and hospitals leveraging GPS
• ID Card Services – Access ID Card information without carrying an ID Card
• Care Management Services – Built for different disease types and improved interaction with care coordinators & health coaches
• Prescription – Ability to request refill of prescriptions
• Emergency Care –Triage to reduce visits to ER. Interaction with and guidance by RNs
• My Information Center – Provides communication with Members
• Tools
